LIVE MUSIC YOGA CLASSES

This series of live music yoga classes is held on select Fridays at 6pm. These special sessions are an opportunity to immerse yourself in movement, breath, and the artistry of live music, followed by a chance to connect and chat with the musicians and other students after class.

To ensure fair compensation for the incredible artists who make these evenings possible, these classes will now be offered as paid events, separate from our regular timetable. We’ve introduced a tiered pricing structure to keep the series accessible while supporting the artists:

  • $30 — Basic contribution

  • $40 — Supportive contribution

  • $50 — Generous contribution

Restorative Class taught by Julian Boswell — sound by Julien Mier

Julien Mier is a composer, instrumentalist, sound sculptor but in the first place an artist. He graduated from the School of Arts & Technology in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In his own words, he "combines found sounds with found objects to create a cascade of melodic, textural and rhythmic patterns. To use fragments which have no existence on itself, the composition is his instrument to blend pointless musical words in a meaningful way."

This class will be part of Julien’s tour promoting his single Soleil—his first release under his own name in six years. Unlike his other project, Santpoort (fun, chilled hip hop), Soleil introduces an ambient soundscape and is the first glimpse of an upcoming album.

The yoga practice will be a restorative class led by Julian.
