Full Moon Practice

An evening of gentle practice, reflection, and shared study.

Saturday, December 6 — 5:30pm

Through a sequence of gentle, cooling postures and guided self-study, we will explore ideas drawn from classical scripture — simple principles on observation, non-attachment, and renewal. The evening will close with seated meditation and shared tea — a modest gesture of community and reflection


Guided by Kaz and Julia, it offers a moment to pause, recalibrate, and close the year with intention.
