Yoga For Teenagers

starts February 9 — 8 weeks, Mondays 4:30pm

This yoga course for Year 7 - 12 students, will focus on developing stronger bodies and stronger minds. It will build the yoga practice from the ground up, will look into the nature of the mind and the relationship between the body and the mind, and will teach the tools that help with cultivating mental and emotional resilience and regulating the nervous system.

Beginner Yoga Course

Learn to practice intelligently and sustainably. Small group, real teaching.

starts January 27 — 4 weeks, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm

This 4-week Beginners Course readily prepares and equips the students with everything they need to be informed, confident, and safe when attending regular classes.
