Svadyaya Series — Yoga Philosophy Workshops

March 22 | May 10 | June 28 — 3:30pm

Svadyaya Series is a trio of two-hour workshops, exploring three foundational Yoga texts: Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gīta, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Each workshop will focus on one text providing an overview, historical and cultural context, and most importantly the text's relevance and application to the modern Yoga practitioner.

Each session stands alone, but together, they offer a broad perspective on yoga’s philosophical roots. You can attend any one session or take all three as a complete study.
