Our annual pilgrimage to Canggu is on. This one is all about balancing the good things in life: working hard on the mat and slowing the time right down by the pool, creating peace in the mind and immersing ourselves in the cultural collision and hustle and bustle of Canggu, embracing solitude in the lush garden’s pockets and having fun in the best company.

Beginner Yoga Course

starts September 2 — 4 weeks, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm

This 4-week Beginners Course readily prepares and equips the students with everything they need to be informed, confident, and safe when attending regular classes.

Yoga For Teenagers

starts July 28 — 8 weeks, Mondays 4:30pm

This yoga course for Year 7 - 12 students, will focus on developing stronger bodies and stronger minds. It will build the yoga practice from the ground up, will look into the nature of the mind and the relationship between the body and the mind, and will teach the tools that help with cultivating mental and emotional resilience and regulating the nervous system.
